Rocks and Minerals

Introduction to rocks and minerals workshop. Discover how the Earth produces a large variety of rocks from minerals. Their usefulness and importance for all the technologies on which humanity was built. A tactile experience in colour and texture as twenty samples can be manipulated by students in class. A short identification exercise follows the presentation.
